Bio: I am a PhD student at the University of Canterbury in my second year with the Law Faculty. I have a Bachelor of Laws, a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Master of Laws from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji, and I have over fourteen years’ experience as a Solicitor and Barrister.
