Bio: I have over fifteen years’ experience working in the field of resource management – including a range of planning, operational and leadership roles. I’m outcome focused – I like to get things done - and enjoy taking a strategic approach to resource management and policy development.

I value relationships and understand the importance of involving tangata whenua, stakeholders and the wider community in planning and policy processes and having open and honest conversations, even when the subject matter is difficult.
